Laboratory for risk analysis

This laboratory gives students on all degree courses in Faculty W the opportunity to analyze and measure economic risks with the help of computers and ultimately to manage them by deriving recommendations for action.

The main software used is Microsoft Excel, IBM SPSS Statistics and the statistical software R.

Thesis topics

The Risk Analysis Laboratory makes it possible to assign dissertation topics based on empirical studies and empirical research methods. In particular, it also supports opportunities for cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the region and thus the transfer of knowledge to the region.
