Media and design laboratory
In the "Media and Design" laboratory, courses are held and various academic achievements are made. As part of the Building Construction module of the Housing and Real Estate Management course, students' CAD construction drawings (2nd & 3rd semester) are converted into building and structural models under the supervision of Dipl.-Ing. Silvio Thamm. Among other things, this work serves to train students' understanding of construction.
A large selection of materials, a spacious seminar room and all the necessary machines are available for this purpose in an adjoining wood workshop. Students also have access to equipment for processing polystyrene, binding and cutting machines and a workstation for large-format printing (plotter) for independent use. Photography, 3D printing and exhibition design also find their place in this laboratory.

Equipment
A large selection of materials and all the necessary machines for the construction of the work are available. The machine equipment includes laser cutting machines, 3D printers, plotters, thermal saws, table band saws, disk grinding machines, etc.

The laboratory's other services include work in the field of photography, preparation and design of exhibitions and services in the field of research.
