Dear prospective students, dear students,
we want you and you want us. Only we don't know anything about each other yet. We want to get to know you, pave the way for you to study with us and ultimately sail with you through your glorious student days. Deciding to study and choosing the right subject will have a significant impact on your future, so much so that at some point you will be passionate about what you have studied and later have as a vocation. Let's light your fire together: you are the embers, we are the accelerant. The Faculty of Business, Economics and Industrial Engineering offers you a wide range of modern and application-oriented study options, from the all-rounder degree program "Business Administration", through to sustainability engineering "Industrial Engineering" and the residential space creator course "Housing and Real Estate Management" through to part-time Bachelor's programs and the Master's program "International Management" in cooperation with IHI Zittau/TU Dresden.

Start your studies well prepared and informed: Our offers for pupils and prospective students

Lecture participation:
Insight into the design and media area of the Housing & Real Estate Management degree program
In the form of a mixture of different courses, you will gain an insight into individual, more creative aspects of the Housing & Real Estate Management degree program. What does a real estate manager do? What would your own house look like? How do you build a model? How do you draw on a computer with CAD? How do you take better photos and post-process them in Adobe Photoshop? The best three photos will be exhibited at the university. You can find more information here.

Individual run-along days: From "Fundamentals of Global Marketing" to "Building Materials and Materials Technology" and "Fundamentals of Business Taxation", we offer you the opportunity to "try out studying" with us before you start your studies. Whether you have specific ideas or just a rough idea of a subject, we will find the right subject for you. Special learning achievement: Your first big project is coming up and you don't yet know which topic you would like to tackle? How about "How much energy does a house need?", the application of the so-called "queueing theory", everything imaginable to do with renewable energies, and what are sales tax or state-of-the-art controlling?
