Lecture participation:
Insight into the design and media area of the Housing & Real Estate Management degree program
In the form of a mixture of different courses, you will gain an insight into individual, more creative aspects of the Housing & Real Estate Management degree program. What does a real estate manager do? What would your own house look like? How do you build a model? How do you draw on a computer with CAD? How do you take better photos and post-process them in Adobe Photoshop? The best three photos will be exhibited at the university. You can find more information here.
- Individual run-along days: From "Fundamentals of Global Marketing" to "Building Materials and Materials Technology" and "Fundamentals of Business Taxation", we offer you the opportunity to "try out studying" with us before you start your studies. Whether you have specific ideas or just a rough idea of a subject, we will find the right subject for you. - Special learning achievement: Your first big project is coming up and you don't yet know which topic you would like to tackle? How about "How much energy does a house need?", the application of the so-called "queueing theory", everything imaginable to do with renewable energies, and what are sales tax or state-of-the-art controlling?
